The Zeiss iProfiler allows Dr. Whitesel to produce lenses down to 1/100th of a diopter, 25 times more precise than traditional lenses. Dr. Whitesel is currently 1 of 8 eyecare offices in Pennsylvania to offer this technology.
Precise spectacle lens fits are acheived with the Zeiss iTerminal which allows us to measure the placement of your lenses down to 1/10th of a millimeter.
Thorough eye health examinations with detailed explanations of your eye health conditions are standard at Envision Eye Care. Eyemagination computer software with touchscreen computer technology allows visual explanations of most eye conditions.
Optos retinal scans allow an extended view of your peripheral retina to find and document retinal tears, holes and detachments. Retinal photos also aid in detecting many eye diseases such as diabetes, glaucoma and macular degeneration.
OCT retinal and optic nerve scans allow advanced imaging of the eye to detect abnormalities that doctors are not able to see with most lenses.
HRT optic nerve scans allow precise imaging of the optic nerve to watch for glaucoma damage.
Our office has a corneal specular microscope to diagnose and evaluate corneal disorders.
Envision Eye Care is one of the only eyecare offices in central Pennsylvania to have multiple automated refractive machines and some of the most advanced exam rooms in Pennsylvania.
